- Outlines immediately on one page what the next steps in the approval process are, and exactly when and how your participation as employer is required.
- Always gives exact instructions for your participation, and limits your involvement to those specific steps that require the employer’s participation.
- Always keeps you informed as to the exact status of our work on your behalf.
- Keeps you on track and informed all the way through the approval, recruiting and visa issuance processes, until workers arrive at your location.
- Always ensures that you are as far along in the approval, recruiting and visa issuance processes as the tightest, most expeditious processing system in the business allows.
fastTrack doesn’t apply to the MAS-H2A clients because of the compressed H-2A approval cycle and idiosyncratic variables like county housing inspections. But both MAS-H2A and MAS-H2B clients have the assurance that their approvals, recruiting and visa issuance are being handled by the most competent people and systems available.
One small example - - every application for labor certification and visa petition leaves MAS-H2A and MAS-H2B via FedEx, with a FedEx return envelope for use by the approving agency. We welcome the comparison with our overnight carrier, the tightest ship in the shipping business. There’s no tighter ship in our business either.
